More than a year of planning went into the country until the big dream - to set up their own festival - finally became reality. The Corona years and many challenges meant that the grand opening of the new company headquarters was delayed. But with kettledrums and trumpets.

What we have planned, fevered, hoped and organized. There was so much to think about, so many unknown factors to consider. Will the weather be nice? Can the event "Open Air" take place. The weather forecast threw a spanner in the works, so we organized a large marquee without further ado. Thanks to the many hard-working helpers, the set-up went smoothly and the party could begin.
Friday was the official opening of the company headquarters. Customers, suppliers, friends and family came to visit the company. The whole day there were tours through the rooms, all the little details were shown, of which one is so proud. But not only the company was on display, the band "Heads Up" accompanied the whole day, there were various food trucks, children's carousel, a bouncy castle and many a sales booth.
On Saturday, the festival took place, where various Bavarian-Austrian dialect artists did the honors. Although it had become really cold, the sun came out in the afternoon and spread good mood together with "RiA". The "Queen of bavarian Rap" made the "Schwungscheibn" swing, it was a lot of fun.
After that "VEARZ" heated up the crowd properly. With a mixture of cool Viennese rap and also some quieter pieces, to which the lighters - respectively cell phone lights - were pulled out.
When "Monaco F" came on stage, it didn't take long and the heavens poured out what they had held back for so long. It poured from buckets. But this could impress the people only a little. They just kept on partying, right in front of the stage, soaking wet. That's what you call fans!
The "boarische Bou - BBOU" came at the very end. The highlight that many had been waiting for. With rather calmer tones, it was the perfect ending for a weekend that had (almost) exceeded all our expectations. The weather was not what we had expected, but the people partied and danced as if there was no tomorrow. Exactly the way it should be.

What a successful weekend, what a great celebration! After almost exactly one year after moving into the new company building, we were finally able to have a small company opening party for "Family & Friends" last Saturday, 18.09.2021.
It is not easy to plan such a celebration in the current times. All the greater was the joy when it actually worked out and we could celebrate with closest friends, employees, helpers and their families. After all, a new company building like this is a pretty big deal. The building site in the Pöttmes industrial park was purchased back in 2015. The plans were made long in advance, discarded again, rescheduled, designed differently once more. Not only Fabian and his wife Nicole, who has officially taken over the family business from his father Werner Müller since 2020, had countless sleepless nights.
With the new building of the hall, some new machines were added, some old ones had to go. Some new employees have also joined, but some of them have also been with the company for so long that they still know Fabian as a 3-year-old boy. The same age as his own son Rafael is today. Müller Motorcycle AG is an absolute family business. This starts with the family constellation just mentioned. It goes on to Fabian's sister Eva-Maria, who does the marketing together with her husband. To his father-in-law Willy, who has been assembling parts with patience and meticulous precision for over 10 years. As well as the mother-in-law, who also always helps out when there is a party, a move or childcare. And of course Werner and Annemarie are always on hand when help is needed.
And because family is so important here, the employees are also like a kind of family. You can quickly see this when you walk through the new company building, where a lot of emphasis is placed on socializing even outside of working hours. For this purpose, foosball, table tennis or a dartboard are available, as well as a recreation room that will probably host many more cozy get-togethers.
The heart of the new company headquarters, however, is and remains the production hall, where all steps, from the delivery of the raw parts to their dimensionally accurate cutting, CNC machining and quality control, merge efficiently and seamlessly. Here, there is sufficient space and all conditions are created in such a way that working to the highest standards is possible. The finished parts are then transferred to the warehouse, from where the further finishing steps, assembly and delivery to customers and dealers worldwide are coordinated and organized. For many years now, it has also been possible to train apprentices here again, who - currently three of them - complete their training in production and in the office.
At the celebration on Saturday, Fabian led his guests in small groups through the new premises and proudly told them about difficulties and obstacles, but also happy incidents that had happened on the long way to get here. A candy bar invited to snack, a bouncy castle was the highlight for the little ones and for the physical well-being the senior boss Werner personally grilled a suckling pig. Bavarian music started with the "Quetschn" (for all non-Bavarians: accordion) and later Stefano Messina and his colleague Flo created a great atmosphere. The weather did the rest and so it was possible to celebrate, laugh and dance long into the night. After such a long time, a true benefit for the soul.
But who is sad now, because he missed this event, would like to look forward to next year. Because then a big, official company opening with hopefully ALL will take place. We will keep our fingers crossed every day and let you know when a date has been set!
Many thanks again to all involved, helpers, suppliers, caretakers and simply everyone who was there! You are great!

Test the lightest clutch you have ever pulled! Just in time for the start of the season, many dealers have installed the Müller clutch lighteners in their demonstration motorcycles. Find out where you can test them live here!

You can talk a lot, but experiencing something live is something else. That's why we started a cooperation with our dealers at the beginning of the season. They have installed our Hydro Clutch or Power Clutch clutch facilitation in their demonstration motorcycles. Depending on whether the motorcycle has a hydraulic or a classic Bowden cable clutch. Both clutch facilitators bring up to 45% relief when pulling the clutch. They are invisible and maintenance-free installed and allow an enormous relief when driving.
To this day, the Power Clutch is unbeaten in the amount of relief AND perfect clutch separation. In 2003 - the year it was developed and introduced to the market - it was named "Custom Part of the Year". A title that makes us just as proud as the more than 100,000 satisfied customers who have installed them since then. In just a short time, the installation is done and you have a buttery smooth clutch.
When the first motorcycles with hydraulic clutches came on the market, many told us that there would be no need for clutch relief. But with bigger and bigger engines, even the hydraulic clutches became harder and harder to pull and so we started to develop a clutch facilitator for hydraulic clutches. The Hydro Clutch is the result and it also achieves up to 45% less effort when clutching.
But long story short. Experience the Müller clutch relief live and in color at your local Harley dealer. Where the nearest dealer is and more information you get under this link .

We are actually known for the development and production of accessory parts. All the more we surprised the people out there with our participation in the "Biker Built Of" in December 2015 at the CUSTOMBIKE SHOW in Bad Salzuflen.
Our main concern was to show what we can realize in our in-house design and manufacturing of turned and milled parts. For this purpose we made every single part, no matter how small, from scratch. For the first time, two materials - aluminum & brass - were combined in one part. The handlebar is completely clean, no lever, no cable, nothing. There is an incredible amount to discover on this bike. About eight months of construction, countless sleepless nights and an enormous amount of heart and passion we have put into this project.
This is now shown in the new film about the creation of the DEEP THROAT. Shooting locations were our workshop and that of Sebastian Attenberger (Traditional Motors ), who made the sheet metal parts of the DEEP THROAT in outstanding handwork.
The team around Marcel Cornelius (Corneliusfilms ) once again managed to combine incredibly beautiful shots with a unique sound. The enthusiasm for this project can be seen very well in this realization. We are incredibly proud of the result and are happy to present this film to you!
We would like to express our special thanks to all those who have contributed to the realization of this film!
The whole team of Corneliusfilms :
Camera : Marcel Cornelius, Jens Hansen and Christian Fuss
Sound : Philipp Schuler, Lisa Seifert and Samuel Fischer
The band AENEAS for the title song "Watch me now" and Fabian Müller and Sebastian Attenberger in the leading roles ;)
We would also like to thank all those who helped, supported and assisted us in the realization of the bike: Sebastian Attenberger - Traditional Motors - Tank, Seat, Fender, Exhaust
Mario Kyprianides - Chopper Kulture - rocker boxes, headlight, taillight Florian Engel - Engels Schmiede - powder coating and support for the BBO Ricky Luschnat - MMB Messtechnik - speedometer with dial in own design Lars Gerke - Staalfabrik - The matching watch to the bike

So, the work is done. After tinkering around with our BBO bike for over half a year, the time had finally come at the beginning of December. At the CUSTOMBIKE-SHOW in Bad Salzuflen we competed against Yuri Shif from Belarus and created a totally awesome bike during the three d...

                  A report by Eva-Maria Daferner
Man o Man, what a weekend that was! When we think back on it, our knees start to shake again. But from the beginning! As many of you have heard, we took up the challenge this year and applied for the "Biker Built Of". The deciding factor was a good buddy of mine (Eva), for whom we were supposed to build a custom bike. Basis was a 52 Panhead on 23" TTS Big Spoke rims with Springer fork. When the rolling chassis was standing around on our stage, we all knew pretty quickly: "this is going to be something big".
I don't know how many hours and evenings we sat together over a beer and pondered what we would do with it and how we would do it. The wildest ideas were spun. First the engine question had to be clarified. We decided on a solid, good Shovel. Also because we absolutely wanted to install the 3D milled rocker boxes from "Chopper Kulture" made of pure brass and the things are simply the hammer. Also the headlight and taillight were delivered by our friend Mario from Abu Dhabi. Fantastic parts, nice and nostalgic, perfect for our bike.
Our main concern was to prove our turning and milling skills on the BBO bike. And so pretty much every part was first designed in the CAD program and then made in our production. In terms of materials, we concentrated on brass and aluminum. During the work Fabian had the idea to combine both materials in one part. And so he conjured up a brass inlay in the aluminum block for the kick arm and the footrest levers.
Another highlight: the handlebar - completely without cables and without levers! The clutch is pulled via rotary clutch, an adaptation of our internal throttle cable, which is of course also installed. The brake - a 4-piston special design - is controlled via the foot lever in the front and rear. The handlebar itself is soldered from several layers of stainless steel, leaf spring look. In addition, it is also the triple clamp. For grips and detents a new, roughly knurled design was put on which we - by the way - as "Edition BBO" also included in our range. The bike should again offer some contrasts and contrasts: sporty & nostalgic, round & angular, aluminum & brass, modern & old school. The speedometer comes from MMB-Messtechnik, who also designed the display according to our wishes. A fine thing and super nice guys there!
We really wanted to leave the usual space for the oil tank under the seat free. Basti (Attenberger, Traditional Motors), our specialist for bending sheet metal, suggested to split the tank into 3 parts. One part for oil, two parts for gasoline. The shape of the Springer fork was used as a reference. Seat shell, rear fender and exhaust were also made by Basti's experienced hands. He did not let himself be lumpen and delivered 1A craftsmanship.
The scene is a village, and so it happened at some point that Flo from the Engelsschmiede offered us his help. Well, it can't hurt to have the BBO winner of the Emirates on board, too, and there was one more helper. And so our team was well prepared.
On the weekend of the fair itself, time flew by. The guys worked hand in hand, the painter finished some engraving work directly on stage. When it came to the end on Sunday afternoon around 13:30h, our asses were on fire. Will the car start?! First Yuri's team had a few attempts, then ours. Both had to readjust. Then Yuri's Ducky started. My brother was still kicking. The tension with all of us was enormous. And then finally: SHE RUNS!!! Tears welled up in my eyes. What a joy!!! I jump on the stage and fall around my brother's neck. What a thriller! It's on, we didn't embarrass ourselves. The DEEP THROAT looks mega. It is also the first time we see her complete with all parts and in color.
Then the decision. Both teams are on stage with their bikes. The presenters announce that they have recounted at least four times. The result has never been so close. Only 7 votes are decisive in the end. 225 to 232. And then, the winner is: Yuri Shif! Oh boy! Disappointed faces among my boys on stage. Fabian and my dad look especially crestfallen. But they can be so proud of themselves. My brother, who is 28 years old, has built his second complete custom bike, otherwise we have only rebuilt series HDs. He has presented his construction and turning and milling work well. But when you work so long on such a project, put so much sweat and heart and soul into it, and it runs so close in the end ... yes, you can understand that the joy is not particularly great. But well, Yuri was a tough opponent. His bike is sensational, there's no question about that. We run into each other a few times at the show. He smiles so sympathetically, congratulates us on the successful bike, shows honest respect. You definitely can't be angry with him and all together it was a great experience for us.

Sorry if I have placed so much text here. But this project was so great. Even if we didn't win. It was a lot of fun and we would like to thank all the helpers and supporters:
Mario Kyprianides - Chopper Kulture - rocker boxes, headlight, taillight as well as advisor for all topics around "Biker Built Of" and engines Sebastian (and Florian) Attenberger - Traditional Motors - tank, seat, fender, exhaust and the most beautiful, hand-carved footrest holder plate .. after we left ours at home Florian Engel - Engels Schmiede - powder coating of frame and fork as well as expert support on stage Ricky Luschnat - MMB Messtechnik - speedometer with dial in own design - probably the most beautiful way to pay attention to the speed Lars Gerke - Staalfabrik - The matching clock to the bike - a unique design the future owner can look forward to
And to my guys here I would like to say "thank you" again. Klaus Schreiber, who has been working for us for more than 20 years and is an ace at screwing as well as at the CNC machine. To my dad Werner Müller, who in his old age still takes part in such nonsense, but still gives us a free hand with advice. And especially my brother Fabian, who first dared to do the whole thing and then in the end realized it so grandiosely.
  THANK YOU ALL !!!
P.S.: If you are still wondering about the name, it was Fabian's idea. A memorial to the legendary porn movie of the 70's: DEEP THROAT. ;)
